Simple and Elegant Iced Coffee

Jim's Organic Coffee, www.jimsorganiccoffee.com, 866-546-7674
Using a dark roast coffee (Vienna Roast, Espresso Jimbo or Italian Roast) brew as usual EXCEPT use twice as much coffee as you usually would. Brew this fresh and then simply serve over a full (to the rim) glass of ice.

For a Vietnamese Iced Coffee, add sweetened condensed milk. For other fun twists, garnish with mint, rum, coffee liqueur, sugar, chocolate syrup or all of the above!

Organic Icy Mocha Rocaccino

Rocamojo, www.sandcnaturals.com, 310-479-2151
1 tablespoon organic chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon of chopped mocha chocolate
1 cup strongly brewed Rocamojo Blend
1 scoop of organic vanilla or chocolate soy ice cream
4 ice cubes

Stir the chocolate syrup into the hot coffee until melted. In a blender, combine the coffee with the ice cream and the ice cubes. Blend at high speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle the Mocha Chocolate over the top. Serve immediately in a tall, cold glass on a warm day.
