Clothe Your Table in Organic

Crisp table dressings provide an elegant backdrop to a holiday meal. Yet conventionally grown cotton pesticide applications include methyl parathion, noted by the EPA as one of the most toxic organophosphates. Paper alternatives contribute to deforestation, and vinyl, made from polyvinyl chloride, releases carcinogenic dioxins during manufacturing and incineration.
