At least that was my experience with my daughter. We tried a dozen different brands - especially when the news of toxic plastics, Bisphenol-A and pthlalates came out. We tried to switch my daughter to glass bottles, and a variety of safe plastic bottles including Born Free. She rejected them all in favor of First Years Breastflow because of the wide nipple.
Born Free charges an extreme premium price, and they make a big deal about their proprietary nipple system. For my daughter, this was not a selling point. She rejected the nipple system, so the type of bottle that it was attached to didn't matter a hoot.
