Organic and fair-trade coffee is becoming more and more accessible as major coffee chains, such as Starbucks, and supermarkets, such as Wal-Mart, begin stocking it at prices comparable to other gourmet conventional coffees. The coffee companies below, listed alphabetically, sell products that have been certified organic, fair-trade, and/or bird-friendly. Because companies may carry some uncertified blends, check the label to be sure that the product you're purchasing has the certification you're looking for.
